The new square, as a pilot project for the development of the master plan, aims to rehabilitate the image of the entire district and create a new identity. The purpose of the project is to create a sense of collective identity (a new strong community) by incorporating structures and elements of urban furniture, immediately recognisable, favouring also the aesthetic and evocative aspects, and capable to enhance the beauty of the new square.
To foster identity, new icons and landmarks are designed in strategic points of the plot. All these elements of urban regeneration will become a source of pride for the people and trigger among them a sense of responsibility and protection of their collective public space, enhancing a feeling of unity, sharing and belonging. The preferred use of natural materials such as local stone, water and vegetation inside the square contributes to convey a harmonious and evocative appearance to the public space, reinterpreting the beauty of the northern landscape in an urban alphabet.

LIMITARE I CONSUMI
Il primo dovere di ogni architettura è verso il contesto ambientale e urbano in cui si inserisce, nella progettazione poniamo cura a esposizione, soleggiamento, contesto per una corretta armonia tra tutti gli elementi in gioco.
RISPARMIARE ENERGIA
La progettazione intelligente può consentire di concentrare le energie economiche e adottare cambiamenti nel proprio stile di vita per risparmiare sui costi di gestione e vivere con un minor impatto sull'ambiente.
PROGETTARE ASSIEME
L'architettura come prodotto d'arte per pochi eletti appartiene al passato, il nostro impegno quotidiano è dedito ad accompagnare i committenti in tutto il processo di progettazione e investimento, rispondendo ai programmi sugli usi ed alle esigenze personali, e coinvolgendo direttamente gli interessati in un clima di scambio con una progettazione fatta di tentativi fino a ottenere risultati condivisi tali da non avere ripensamenti in fase esecutiva, ed ottimizzare così tempi e costi di esecuzione.

Oggi è possibile costruire case sane, utilizzando anche materiali naturali, ci siamo specializzati nella ricerca di materiali per le strutture e per l'involucro edilizio adatti alle esigenze di chi realmente ricerca una casa senza materiali derivati dal petrolio o inquinanti.
ARCHITETTO CONDOTTO
